Meet the Owners
Michelle Swift, President & Managing Member
Michelle is the founder, President, and Managing Member of First City Cleaning. She brings years of experience as a business owner to the company — a track record of building operations, hiring and leading teams, and delivering consistent service to customers who came to depend on her.
When she noticed how often businesses in Leavenworth County were cycling through unreliable cleaning vendors, she saw an opportunity to apply what she already knew: that small businesses thrive on consistency, accountability, and people who genuinely care. She runs First City Cleaning day-to-day — from scoping walkthroughs and quoting new clients to supervising crews and ensuring every facility gets the same standard of care on every visit.

Michelle lives in Leavenworth County with her family. She built First City Cleaning as a family business — one where her name is on the door, her reputation is on the line, and the community where her kids go to school is the same community she serves.
